THE ENVIROMENT

The Croydon Olive Estate is a fully secured working farm, where the geometry of the olive groves reflects the agricultural layout of the estate, and where is it envisaged that the olive groves become an interactive space for residents to explore and enjoy.

The estate offers superb scenic views over mountains and olive groves. The magnificent mountain ranges form a spectacular backdrop to the town, which will have a unique architectural heritage, and bring back all the memories of an old Cape Town.

Residents live in a secure rural setting in the winelands where they can unwind, enjoy the lifestyle centre with friends and family, take part in fun harvest festivals, picking olives, or simply have an evening dinner in the olive groves.
